Children under 7 are not allowed in the salon unless being serviced. Our salon is a place for clients to relax and be pampered. No other guests are allowed in the salon unless being service so that every client receives a unique hair experience.

 

Completed Hair Services are nonrefundable if for any reason you are not satisfied with your service we will discuss and correct the issue within 2 days of the original appointment. We are dedicated to meeting your hair care needs. (please notify the salon)

 

Consultations are required for the following Services: Coloring, Keratin Treatments, Hair Extensions and Braids

 

To add value to our customers and provide the use of high quality products our service prices are subjected to yearly increases due to inflation. Please note that some service prices are increased depending on length and density.

 

Cancellations
We ask that you notify the salon 24 hours in advance upon canceling an
appointment, by doing so this will give other clients the opportunity to schedule an
appointment. Please be advised there will be a service charge of $35.00 upon your
next visit for not canceling in advance. Deposit made on the online booking site will
not be refunded if an appointment is not cancelled within the 24-hour period.
